The CIY Skill Shops are focused not on quizzable health information, but on targeting the areas of health that tend to lend themselves to fixed mindsets in order to help Humboldt student develop growth mindsets instead. 

It is important to note that no one person is always a fixed mindset type or a growth mindset type but that these are flexible categoies that require work to change and maintain. Also that fixed mindset is likely tied to systems of power and privlage.
